What to expect with online training
Step #1 - Apply for 1-on-1 coaching
Set up a free and initial consult with us through the Contact page. We'd be happy to speak with you on a 30 minute FaceTime call to review the program and answer any questions you have.
Step #2 - Customize Your Plan
Once we have all your goals and specifics, we'll upload your training and/or nutrition plan in the Trainerize App (we'll give you access - no additional cost or fee to you).
Step #3 - Onboarding Call
We'll set up a time to walk you through your training/nutrition plan, the Trainerize App, and discuss weekly/monthly follow-up. We'll put a spot on the calendar to meet with you on a recurring basis going forward. Your time is valuable to us. If you would rather communicate through the App rather than FaceTime, that's fine also. we understand everyone has different lifestyles and may require different levels of accountability. We will discuss what option works best for you on the onboarding call.
Step #4 - Work Your Plan
You now have all the tools to be successful. Now it's your turn! Do the workouts, eat the right foods, and hold yourself accountable by updating the App and sticking to the check-ins.
